Refund and Payment Plan Policy

Refunds:
All purchases are final. No refunds will be provided once a class or program has commenced. Clients are encouraged to evaluate their commitment prior to registration. In cases of exceptional hardship, we may consider prorated credit toward future services on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Plans:
Payment plans are a courtesy, not a cancellation option. By selecting a payment plan, clients are entering into a financial agreement for the full course fee. Discontinuation of attendance or a change in personal circumstances does not release clients from their financial obligation.
• First installment must be paid at enrollment.
• Future installments are automatically scheduled unless written notice is provided and acknowledged.
• Missed payments without prior communication may result in paused services and collections activity.
